Okay, ease up there, killer. I have voted in every election except primaries since 1988, including 2004 when I waited in line for 5.5 hours. We are always going to have people who don't vote. That has been going on forever.

Ohio is not as red as people believe, but between the gerrymandering and the ridiculous restrictions, Dem voters don't turn out like they should. Why wait for hours in line for your vote to essentially not count anyway?

We'll, speaking as an Ohioan, if the GOP nationally makes voting in Democratic areas as tough as it is here, chances are pretty good that they won't pay a price.

Not shaking that "Dumbest Senator Ever" title anytime soon, is he?

Isn't this the Orban method....bribe the people to stay in power?

I don't usually (ever) use this word, but, what a useless cunt.

Now that it is Trump's DOJ, what is the outlook?

That's how we get stuck with ours in Ohio where the act of voting for Democratic voters is a logistically tough ask. That's how you get boneless chicken can have bones.

Do you really think we will have secrets from anyone who pays enough tribute?

They won't stand by.... join in, sure, but not stand by.

And of course, the World's most famous loser, Riley Gaines, is there.

Yeah, I saw a lot of words, but illegal was not one of them.

Unfortunately, local news in Ohio is treating it as a win.

Elon identified Lindsey Graham as a USAID Director. Graham swallows what's left of his pride and says he's a yes on RFK Jr, Patel, and Gabbard. Coincindence?

Don't pull punches.

So.... he heard Army Corps of Engineers, and that's where he got the military turned on the water???

Watching the news too.

Sorry, but you are always pissed about something. Literally, this statement reaches back to all of the left wingers for 25 DAMN YEARS. You are all about the perfect, which is the enemy of the good.

No, they aren't. They are people who live in the real world. An EO would have been overturned almost immediately, and WTF do you do with the 17 people still there? The only take dumber than the original is your reply.

In other words.....oops.

Jesus... no offense intended but some of you clearly don't live in flyover country. It's all well and good to say, gring everything to a halt and shout at the rooftops, but you completely ignore a press corps who will excorciate the Dems for doing so. And that will be repeated everywhere.

Did Scott ever get married or did that fade away once Veep was no longer on the table?

I can't believe I have to root for the Eagles.
comment in response to post
Yeah... they are saying that the Presidential flight is bending the knee to Trump. Who, apparently, did all of this from the golf course, which they find wildly impressive for whatever stupid reason.

Booooooooooo!

They do. But Eagles fans have got to be frustrated with how long J Dan has to throw the ball.

No it wasn't. Was Sanristal supposed to hold up and wait to see if Barkley was going to go OB?

I hate the Eagles. But not as much as I hate Chiefs.

Lord.... Fauci not fascinating

Fascinating headed the NIH at one time, didn't he? It's a grudge. Besides, why do you need the NIH when Pfizer is right there. It's a step toward privatization.

I would argue that he doesn't think anything like this at all. He has no personal position on abortion. All the women is his life are rich enough to go overseas if necessary. This is just fodder for the Christian Nationalists so they feel indebted.

Phil Williams is awesome. Does some really great reporting and doesn't mince words.

I'm looking forward to viewing this period of time in retrospect.

And....? Is there a lie detected here? I love the Bidens but had Joe decided not to run in the beginning, Democrats would have been in a better position.
comment in response to post
Of course Schumer said vote for her... she was running as a Democrat for Jeff Flake's old seat. And yes, Democratic leadership is too timid at times. But balls to the wall progressives aren't going to win the country over writ large either.

Defendants. Michigan just eliminated the penalties. Which started me down the rabbit hole of penalties. For juveniles.

I'm able to follow my "For You" feed and block people. I unfollowed pretty much everyone on election day.

If you want to feel good about this country, don't go down the rabbit hole of debt held by juvenile defenders.
