Not seen it yet, I keep checking Silvanids, it’ll turn up one day.

Hi Tom, don’t disagree, but photos often give all the wrong perspective so especially with Agrilus it’s better to have in the hand to be 100% sure.

Sulcicollis is present at Sherwood, looks good for it as colour is green but with a hint of blue, but ideally need to look at male aedeagus which is very distinctive in sulcicollis, the other two about the same size at Sherwood are generally a bit more green (angustulus) or bronze green (laticollis)

Rare in Notts but present on sandy heathland around Sherwood Forest.

No modern records for Notts. My records from N. Yorks and Derbyshire.

Yes I feel as if I’ve got going a month earlier this year.

Wouldn’t be surprised if it’s another species “on the move”. Supposed to like young Scot’s Pine but this one beaten from a bit of an old bruiser that had seen better days on Budby Heath.

I was looking for Cimberis attelaboides, so nice surprise, miles away from any other known records, but then I think Edinburgh might be as well.

Had this turn up in Notts last year on a survey of a nice railway embankment.
