Discord has apparently added generative AI "apps" users can use to modify any image posted in any discord server. On by default, no way to disable them, no moderation tools. Fuck discord, support artists (discord sure doesn't).

Lots of misinfo about the strike flying around as usual, but one line of thinking really strikes me as worth calling out. Many believe Supergiant would never use genAI for voice work. Me too - they seem nice! But having to TRUST that someone will be nice is shaky ground for professional work.
