no you won't go 'what if' because the TERROR is fundamentally grounded on anti-black racism is the US South. OK about the scare level: a few jump scares, a lot of blood (but not graphic injuries), and an overall nefarious vibe. In my mind, it wasn't too scary.

The US framed these as safeguarding measures (aka temporary in nature) which are permissibly under the GATT provided that certain conditions are fulfilled. That said, many of the panel's interpretations were wonky and it showed extreme defence to US domestic authorities. Both were 1/2

We might need to use a better medium for this but 'there is no system without sabotage' says that sabotage is not unique to capitalism (if I got your point correctly) but his point (before the soviet of engineers part) is not that sabotage is unique to capitalism, only that it is endemic to it

OK I heard the words 'international law' and I thought I should turn up and say that there is a HUGE leap between 'international law in 1868 had something to say about how to treat foreigners UNDER YOUR JURISDICTION' and claiming that this somehow means that they were not under your jurisdiction
