This is to accommodate the global remote team, so we have more crossover hours. Don't think it's a deal breaker, but would certainly help any application a lot, especially if hours can be shifted to accommodate.

SSDs we're a great standardisation with current gen consoles. But in terms of hardware, we need better real time raytracing than the current, and it would also be nice to do true 4K/60 min.

New consoles generally need a bunch of launch titles, which means new investment into games, hardware, studios and therefore jobs.

Yes pretty much. Development is in Unreal Engine 5, and we're needing people who can jump right into the project.
If someone is talented and young, that's great. But they need to know UE5.
