Stan Lee once said that, the greatest thing about Spider-Man is that anyone could be under the costume, no matter the race, gender, sexuality etc. This guy doesn't deserve to be Peter Parker, he doesn't understand the character. Anyone can wear the mask, that's the whole point.

Just need a circuit for MR and I think the game could be set esport wise, some people don't believe in this game competitively but I truly believe it will be on par with OW at the very least which is good. Game has such a high skill ceiling despite having "noob stomping" characters

Rivals was everything I've ever wanted in a game. They did so much right that I don't know how I'm supposed to go back to Splatoon after that. I've never had this much fun grinding a game competitively in idk how long, I'm almost GM and I really hope this game keeps on delivering.

Ik grey has already talked about this but if you are good at Splatoon you can easily transfer this skill to Marvel Rivals, I got to Diamond within 2 weeks of playing and I can probably reach Celestial or Eternity before the end of the season. Really really fun and good game (close to Splat for me)

I really hope Rivals gets a healthy comp scene I think this game is way too fun for it not to have a big scene, my only worry is the meta might be a problem if they release heroes that quickly with such infrequent balance patches but we'll see. I hope I can get grandmaster before end of season too

Honestly after playing Marvel Rivals for a while I might just drop Splatoon entirely from a comp and ranked perspective, it just does well everything that Splatoon does wrong in stuff like Payload/Tower and Zones, and map wise + there's actual comp support from the devs
