People keen to replace me with an LLM because they've seen an LLM have a go at diagnosing from text inputs ignore the facts that (a) as a human interacting with another (and often their loved ones) I take more than just text inputs and (b) the act of diagnosis is a tiny part of what I do for a job

This must be the review by the guy we gave it to who was actually in atrial flutter, and we all came close to soiling our underpants when after some seconds of ventricular standstill he had a run of VT before returning to atrial flutter w/ 2:1 block
