A different way to achieve the same outcome is to reverse his own Section 1031 revision in 2018 which limited tax free like kind exchanges to "real' property; #crypto is considered property for tax purposes.

The downside of a free market is that it's open to all, so the failed stockbrokers, car salesmen and mortgage brokers all pile into #crypto and pass themselves off as innovators. Bear markets solve this.
