None of this has anything to do with effectiveness, or “lethality,” or promoting “warfighters," or any other buzzwords. It is praetorianism, plain and simple, and it is an assault on our military and our democracy. www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archiv...

Seems legit.... We don't want to be a nation of underachieving Americans.

I don’t often feel rage. That said, I’ve been getting pretty damn close, watching one of the few truly warrior like heroes in the world of leadership…Zelensky…being rat fucked by two of the biggest pieces of shit on the planet.

In future generations, when your children and grandchildren look back on this moment, they are not going to ask about the price of eggs. They are going to ask you what you did. Not what you felt. Not what you paid. But what you did. And I want to be able to say I did everything I possibly could.

above all else the current crop of republicans in congress are the most pathetic cowards to ever serve in washington www.washingtonpost.com/politics/202...

They were never going to lower prices. They never cared about egg prices. It's the same lie as CRT. They want us chasing their bullshit while the real mission is to disassemble the government so the rich can get richer. They are on a mission to destroy it all. It's beyond a coup.

AP is banned from WH events and all the other legacy journalists walk right in. If this was the 60s, we know who would have been with the Freedom Riders, and who would’ve been writing about them from a safe place. AP stands alone. Sad but true.

If you wanted to cut waste, fraud, and abuse, you would empower the inspectors general. If you wanted more waste, fraud, and abuse, you would fire them.

Jeff Bezos’ Washington Post would not run this ad. This is the power of oligarchy.

I absolutely agree 💯💯 🎯

If you’ve ever taken the oath to uphold the Constitution, this is the time to live up to it.

People on X are calling for AOC's arrest for posting this.... so I am posting it everywhere!

You might have missed it, but Amazon warehouse workers in Raleigh, NC are voting this week on whether to form a union. If they win, they'll be the first unionized Amazon facility in the South. Remember that we can always find hope in the labor movement.

It is perfectly legal to know your rights and to educate others about them, too. EVERYONE in the United States, citizen or not, has rights. I will not allow this administration to intimidate us from helping you know about them. Here’s our shareable guide ⬇️: (pt. 1/2)

Read the letter. It is brilliantly crafted. It’s enough to give one hope that the rule of law may yet prevail.

REPOST if you support our federal workforce and know how dedicated they are to their jobs. Show them you appreciate them!

ABSOFUCKINGLUTELY 💯

This was always Trump’s plan. Art of the Steal.

I am no foreign policy expert, but it’s heartbreaking to consider the years of heroism and terrible sacrifices of the Ukrainian people in the face of rank Russian aggression, only to have Trump come in and kneecap them. Forget 2014 borders, forget NATO. Putin is a happy man tonight.

Middle schoolers showing more guts and morality than Republicans in Congress.

If this is a direct quote, it's one of the most irresponsible and reckless things a SECDEF has ever said

🚨NEW: VoteVets Senior Advisor LTC (Ret.) Alex Vindman sounds the alarm. SecDef Hegseth’s decision to block Ukraine from NATO is a full capitulation to Putin—emboldening Russian aggression and putting U.S. Troops at risk. This isn’t “America First.” It’s Russia First.

It may be getting close to time to take to the streets.

No words. But, I’m not surprised. I am a military veteran. I’m a former congressman. I cannot in good conscience follow or support this administration. Anyone voting for her is complicit in the downfall of this country. Tulsi Gabbard is an abomination. apple.news/A01S4jqQSSK-...

Is she lying, or is she just really, really stupid? Or both?

Fox News is nothing but a propaganda outlet hellbent on destroying our democracy.

Sadly so.

The CFPB is one of the American people’s best defenses against waste, fraud, and abuse. Demolishing it will, of course, lead to more waste, fraud, and abuse.

Under oath, Kash Patel said he was unaware of plans to dismiss FBI agents before he was confirmed. Today, whistleblowers revealed Patel was reportedly directing those dismissals. Covertly. Yet another reason he must be rejected.

Imagine if @aoc @sanders.senate.gov , every dem, SIMULTANEOUSLY held Town Halls where they allowed grant and contract recipients to explain to the country what it is they do and why it's important Invite all media. Including RW podcasters. @spaces Flood the zone Call it a Day Of Transparency

“No American can be proud of a govt that carries out change in this way. Neither can these actions be rationalized by discussion of past grievances or appeals to efficiency. Everything can be more efficient, but adherence to the rule of law is paramount” www.americanbar.org/news/abanews...

Tulsi Gabbard is a national security threat, and the Senate votes on her today. A vote to confirm her as Intelligence Director is a betrayal to our nation, and will put us all in danger. Call your Senator now and tell them Tulsi is too great a risk: 202-224-3121 www.youtube.com/watch?v=bInd...

Propaganda isn’t news.

Posted around NYC, Chicago, DC and other cities. Be creative. Do something!

I don’t see how any lawyer can disagree with the ABA’s position as we all took an oath to support the Constitution. Members of Congress who are lawyers also took an oath with the additional promise to “defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic”. Most are betraying both oaths.
