I am quickly learning that when someone says "this is bad" in DnD or TTrpgs in general what they really mean is "I/my group had a bad experience with this once and that's how I'm going to view this mechanic/class/race/gameplay element forever now"

The Indigenous People of North America have decided to go back to calling the Gulf of Mexico, “Chalchiuhtlicueyecatl”. It is what the Nahuatl People originally called it as it is the domain of the goddess Chalchiuhtlicue, who is assoc w/water bodies, including the Gulf of Mexico.

Krull was a phenomenally weird movie. Like super weird. The world simply wasn't ready for it. But after 40 yrs, Hollywood needs to attempt a crazy science fantasy epic again. Hey Bluesky. Need to make a little map? Here's a 4(ish) step way to do that with Affinity Designer. Using the node tool to make the town, the vector brush tool to draw 'roads', and the shape builder tool, to create little pockets in town you can color to highlight important areas. alt for details.
