It's from the 2nd eddition of Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay (the typeface gives it away) I'm guessing from Tome of Corruption as that was the chaos source book.

The newest Tau book Elemental Council pushes back on both of these hard. Ethereal while posibly useing a form of pheromones to enhance their calming and convincing rhetoric are most certainly not mind controlling the other castes, it's far mote soft skills and social conditioning.

He nailed the look of the whole eldar range ... everything that has come since he ether did or is based on his concepts. The vehicles aesthetically are still perfect (even if I'd like a retooling to give a slightly more modern building experience)
