There is no way for GenAI to be ethical. The ppl developing it would not make a profit nor do they care for their theft machine being ethical and soft on the environment. They would rather dismantle already established laws so it can be what it already is.

I've talked about it before but Bethesda Fallout LOVES the past and it sucks. Everything important comes from before the war and everything afterwards is forever stuck. The player character in 4 is from before the War. In the show roughly 3/4ths of the named characters are, in some way, Pre-war.
