SYCAMORE, Ian Rogers (2024)
Terrifically entertaining mystery in the ‘paranormal detective’ genre (a personal fave of mine). Ian Rogers is one of the best Canadian genre storytellers out there. I hope to visit his Black Lands again soon.

It's a decent flick, directed by Barker as well. And there's a longer version, The Cabal Cut, floating around, too. Definitely worth checking out.

I recommend CABAL to you both! Filmed as NIGHTBREED but Barker's novella is so much better.
