Yes. I took my friend to Social Security yesterday as she was not able to get through to make an appointment by phone and you cannot do it online. We waited 6 hours at the SS office for her to be able to make an appointment to come another day. I felt bad for everyone there, including the employees.

THIS breaks my heart. As a community social worker with elderly and disabled people for 25 years, I know how much this is going to hurt. These folks were already hurting.
