I see it as more of, trusting the player.
Trust them more to figure it out and get the most of the mechanics you've put in.
There's an awesome feeling when you figure out how to beat something that seemed impossible earlier

Dunno about No Man's Sky, but I remember hearing that Cyberpunk had publisher deadline issues... They also need to stop making games "realistic" when it only hurts overall performance.

no not really. Tarkov is inspired by the STALKER series. So a lot of elements of STALKER are in Tarkov, but they're completely different games. If you're into shooters give it a try! I would say it's a horror game as you will get jumped by horrors beyond your comprehension. Good luck!
