THEY ARE. THEY ARE LITERALLY DOING THAT. Republicans have 53/100 votes which kinda negates anything Dems can do beyond delaying, which they are. I could not imagine thinking like you.
comment in response to post
THEY ARE. WHAT THE FUCK DOES THIS EVEN MEAN??? THE FILIBUSTER STILL EXISTS AND IS BEING USED. It was removed from being used on cabinet nominations in 2009, if that’s what you’re possibly referring to.

If Biden or Kamala rejected all aid to Israel and blamed them for 10/7, not only would Kamala have lost 400 electoral votes, but Biden would’ve been impeached and removed.

Our issue is the Supreme Court is basically the most powerful branch of government and can unilaterally say anything I’d unconstitutional. Same reason Biden couldn’t cancel student loans but Trump was immune from the law. SCOTUS can contradict itself at will. Other countries don’t have this.

My bad I thought you replied to me

Ok, messaging. Ok, stop voting for cabinet nominees. Ok, messaging. Ok, they are actively doing that right now. They’re also suing Trump and winning most cases, in reference to his executive orders.
comment in response to post
Supreme Court. That’s gonna take decades if we can even do it at all.
comment in response to post
Wish we could bro. I wish Obama could just engineer something to save the day.
comment in response to post
Ok, so messaging, right? I get that. Is there anything else?
comment in response to post
They cannot even introduce bills! They don’t have that authority! I actually feel bad right now, do you know that those things are completely out of their ability? We lost.
comment in response to post
I get that they’re cringe right now but there’s not anything that can be done that isn’t being done. I’m gonna remind everyone that it’s February 2025 so press conferences in front of the capitol would be mocked.
comment in response to post
Then what policy, what magic trick, is not being done here? The senate is protesting and filibustering their cabinet nominations, that’s something they could actually do. Can you name anything else, or is this just misdirected panic?
comment in response to post
Articulate what you’re asking for. You just want messaging. There’s nothing that can save the day here.
comment in response to post
I’m gonna dare you to articulate exactly what you want from Dems. And if it’s literally just “message harder” I’m gonna laugh at you. There is no magic trick.

LEARN THE GODDAMN LAW
comment in response to post
They’re not your friends, that’s why the criticism you’re receiving is about how you’re politically illiterate, not mean.
comment in response to post
You don’t even know what you’re criticizing them for. Shut the hell up. Dems lost. No one is gonna swoop in and save the day.
comment in response to post
😂
comment in response to post
I mean yeah you’re coping because you didn’t bring up any of that. Even in victory, you need to be the loser who shits on Love after a good game from him.
comment in response to post
This is cope
comment in response to post
You can pretend you’re actually composed and not going apeshit all you want, it’s clear you don’t know how to act. And it’s gonna make it so much sweeter to see that collapse in January. Biblical.
comment in response to post
Admitting the Lions got Chiefs-level assistance from the refs is basically all we’re asking for. Thanks.
comment in response to post
Can’t wait to see his face when that 4th and 1 gamble on his own 30 doesn’t work in the playoffs. Biblical.
comment in response to post
This is cope. Packers offense scored 31 points and battled through every call going against them. “We had injuries” we literally had more starters out on defense than you. Enjoy this, because the January heartbreak will be generational.
comment in response to post
Nah that playoff loss is gonna hit like crack
comment in response to post
Your best possible defense is a whataboutism. You would’ve, and probably did, defend him for playing up the Rogan endorsement while crying that Harris built a big tent lmao.
comment in response to post
YOU CANT GET HIS AUDIENCE WITHOUT GOING ON HIS SHOW MORON. He doesn’t allow people who disagree with him on anymore!
comment in response to post
“We should sick rogans balls it will really help us” he actively wants Dems to lose, he’s not an independent think you moron.
comment in response to post
He has very defined political views he doesn’t want challenged anymore! Idiot!
comment in response to post
This is what people said about Rogan before he told Zelenskyy to fuck off and laughed at the suggestion of having him on, requested by him. You sped.
comment in response to post
Rogan literally refused to have Buttigieg or Zelenskyy on and you morons think he’s an independent freedom lover who will listen to anyone lmao. Fucking amazing.
comment in response to post
He said “Elon musk is right”
comment in response to post
This isn’t a purity test! Elon isn’t a respected figure with bipartisan support. He is a terminally online freak who posts nonstop. This isn’t endorsing a McCain-Feingold reform bill, this is attaching your name to a deadbeat weirdo!
comment in response to post
In the 2020 primaries lmao
comment in response to post
This is on the level of saying “Nick Fuentes is right, we have a border crisis, and we have to do something about it”, that’s not gonna mobilize the base!
comment in response to post
He accepted and praised the endorsement of Rogan. Use your brain and realize he’s always targeting the schizo-vote.
comment in response to post
Couldn’t write em himself. Handing it to Elon is gross and not gonna gain voters!
comment in response to post
Bernie accepted and paraded the endorsement of Joe Rogan, you’re being willfully ignorant if you don’t think he’s literally handing it to Elon.
comment in response to post
He didn’t do that other part though.
comment in response to post
There’s better ways to do that and better people to “hand it to” than Elon. Elon is not a social titan like Trump. At least when Bernie says “Trump’s got a point” there’s an actual gain there.
comment in response to post
He’s really better off not ‘handing it Elon’. There is no gain. He is a parasocial freak idolized by voters who are not swayable.
comment in response to post
I’m saying the reverse of 1994, we got national healthcare in 2009 thanks to something similar.
comment in response to post
I would absolutely take the bet that happens, as comically sad as it is lmao. Kick up our legs and wait for those special elections to hit like reverse 1994
comment in response to post
Most anti-corporation cabinet member next to Lina Kahn lol
comment in response to post
All of the intercept people, all of them.
comment in response to post
No lol all we have to do is not govern under a massive global economic stagnation that takes out every incumbent.
comment in response to post
Libs
comment in response to post
The entire left right now is shitting on the libs claiming we didn’t go populist enough, to say “Trump has a point” and “this idea is actually pretty good from him”. They literally want us to compromise MORE with the right. There are major leftists actually saying Gaetz is the best cabinet pick!!!
comment in response to post
What happened in between those elections? Oh yeah.
comment in response to post
But I’m being sarcastic?
