They don’t care - the goal is to dismantle the government.

I didn’t know about Whitney, but having visited their web site, I do now. Good for them. Too many people forget our nations Capitol building and the White House were both constructed using the talents and labor of enslaved people.

I mourn only the architecture - built by the talented hands of enslaved people - which could have been used to teach about the inequities of slavery.

Their subsidiaries do it too - (looking at you, King Soopers…).

The next step is self-deification, like all good Late Roman Emperors...

Which, of course, infuriates those of us who voted for them both.

I was thinking more of weasels that kill chickens for sport, or mountain lions that carry off lambs. Raccoons in this area are nonexistent lately because, rabies.

Whatever form it eventually takes, we need to use the 2ndA "interpretation" as an example of loose language to be avoided. It's disgusting how easy it is for someone to buy assault-grade weapons in the US.

To be fair, farmers and ranchers need access to a gun (or two) for varmints and putting down livestock when necessary - so I’d be OK with amending it to severely limit the type and number of weapons covered (FTR, I do not now, nor have I ever owned a firearm).

We need to remember that the next time we write a Constitution. Shouldn’t be too long now…

I ordered it from our local indie bookstore - so yes. Bodleian published it.

My favorite class in HS was geometry. I failed the course the same year I took first place in the math division of the science fair - with a geometry problem. 8)

To be fair, printer’s math isn’t like regular math. A measurement of “5 to the em” is relative, and understanding it requires a bit of faith in addition to basic math skills. 8)

It depends on how you define divergent.

You understand how spectrums work, right? Of course, we’re ALL on the spectrum.

Hell, I wouldn’t be here if I had any options. We’ve become a sh*thole country far too rapidly.

The hardest part? Drilling the 1/2” holes straight and true. If you have access to a drill press, it’s a piece of cake. If not, you must at least be sober… 8)

Just posted the materials list - total cost is around $30 mainly depending on the cost of springs, and what wood you use for the board. I used scrap. Making my second one next week! 8)

An inexpensive drying rack can be made with a board and some springs.
