They redrew the district which was becoming purple to have a more rural population. Now it’s bright red again. Our last Representative was part of the Problem Solvers Caucus, now we have a MAGA disciple

Well, the Clinton era agreements had security guarantees from both the US and Russia. We see how well that worked out for them.

The grant cancellation won’t hold up. It’s illegal since the 70s and the SCOTUS also opined on this in Clinton v NYC in the 90s. Dems just need to file with a halfway decent federal judge.

Too many authors on that list that people are buying for Amazon to keep that up for long. People want the books and will find other sources.

And a great first job it was, too.

Doesn’t seem that interesting. A sci-fi action film with barely any connection to Star Trek, and no real reason for it to be part of the overall Trek universe.

With a defensive guy as HC, there’s going to be turnover in that position for someone who wants to move up to do their own thing.

Too many inexperienced players out there today. The playbook was simplified to the point that the offense was done by the end of Q1.

Sooners need a spark. But it needs a solid group on the OL more.

I get it, but states have have been licensing physicians for a long time. You are supposed to be in the state where they are licensed in order to receive treatment. My sister travels a lot and they have run into this problem a few times.

As much as I hate to say it, he’s probably got legal ground even without the new law. The doctor isn’t licensed in Texas and shouldn’t be sending medication to a patient in the state without that.

No big surprises. We already knew it would be a flipped schedule. The SEC is buying time to figure out how to schedule all these teams in the future.

There’s a few left that aren’t toeing the Paxton/Abbott line, but several got knocked out.

I actually despise the hate the sin, love the sinner quote. It’s been weaponized to do the opposite.

Denials because names don’t exactly match. Drug costs that vary from $40 one month to $400 the next. Our for-profit insurance system is broken. It’s exhausting, and that’s part of what they count on to line their pockets. If universal care isn’t on the table, maybe force these companies to be

Celebrate? No. A tinge of understanding, yes. I’ve had denials because of the order of the line items and had to spend four months making calls to finally get to the bottom of it. Denials because they don’t check their own files for the doctor’s “letter of medical necessity” for care.

Yeah, our district went from purple to red after they changed our district borders. We’ll be a red state for a long time the way they gerrymandered districts last time.

Medicaid has a 7-year look back to catch stuff like this. It’s not advisable.

That’s between them and God. Not you. You don’t have to celebrate it. Jesus invites us, He doesn’t browbeat, nor are you supposed to.

Jesus beared our burdens. How’s that for tolerance?

You were commanded not to cast stones because of your own sins. You were told not to judge. You were commanded to make disciples by love, not by power.
comment in response to

Yes, with God’s help. Not by the judgement of others whose primary objective is to satisfy their need to “enforce” God’s words. It’s an abuse of power

Because it wasn’t their place to judge her sins. It wasn’t their place to act on God’s behalf. Jesus commanded us to love each other, not judge each other. Then he told her not to sin, knowing that humans by their nature will always sin. But letting her know she could do better. An act of love.
