I know everything is awful, but like, as someone that partly grew up there, can we get Point Roberts? They don't even really use it, other than (allegedly) witness protection purposes.

I'll never forget Gene Hackmans absolutely atrocious polish accent in A Bridge Too Far. The accent was terrible, but he still stole every scene.

Never thought I'd die fighting side by side with a tractor

Before reading one of the "classics" of English Literature, be sure to check to see if there is a Wishbone episode first Watching a dog play famous literary characters can help you to avoid feeling disconnected from the work, and can make your visualizations of the scenes more fun #booksky

I'm glad the greatest player in the world scored the winning goal to win it all for Canada. Especially since, if there is a just universe, his hockey team should never win the Stanley Cup.

It's almost like nobody has seen a Civilization game get released before. No Civ game since 2 has been warmup received on launch, and yet they're all gems that everyone loves in hindsight. This might be the most "old man" post I've ever made. Yes I played Civ 1.

I still really love Gritty, I love that when he was unveiled, Philadelphia was like, "What the fuck", the world replied, "Yeah, what the fuck" and then Philadelphia said, "Hey, don't you talk that way about our Gritty"

I would say this goes for most things?

CBC's wall-to-wall coverage of this crisis is another great example of why we should value Canada's public broadcaster
