Is the house planning to investigate buying/selling stocks by officials? These ping pinging tariffs are making some people very very rich- everyone close to Trump should have their stock actions fully audited by Congress.

Fine- let’s put him on the 2028 ticket.

"We like veterans... but we need to pay people that actually work." @democrats.org need to step up and be the party that supports veterans. Please don't mess this up. Cc: @aoc.bsky.social @petebuttigieg.bsky.social

Live broadcast Q&A, open for anyone to submit questions. While GOP runs away from town halls and transparency, let’s run towards it.

This isn't "we're not perfect." This is simply being bad at your job. Cutting costs without understanding value isn't increasing efficiency, its decreasing effectiveness. If you started by defining value you'd never accidentally cut ebola prevention. This is laughably inept.

Do you know what Pirates leadership goals are for this year? How many wins is a "successful season?" This is an objectively bad roster. I'm trying to get a sense of if leadership agrees with that assessment.

How does this happen? Do you have any more detail on if Ben knew about this in advance for the trade, and went for it anyway? Or was he totally unaware and their team missed this detail?

He's also ironically their best option for DH or 1B.

Alex... he's a former Red Sox (Sock?) Alex... noticing a trend yet? Has anyone reported on Ben's seeming preference to guys who played in Boston or Toronto at some point?

….why?

More former Jays... why does Ben seem to prefer players who have a history with Bos or Tor (his former teams)? Has anyone looked into or run the numbers on how many players he signs from there?

What’s your real-world definition for “super team”?

I noticed this is another seemingly random edition of a player with ties to either the Red Sox or Blue Jays (Ben’s former orgs)…. Has anyone looked into just how often he acquires players with a past connection to those two teams?

Is there actual reporting that most teams didn’t even submit an early stage meeting request? Seems like any front office that didn’t at least ask should be fired for malpractice.

Have you looked at the first half/second half WRC+ correlation to bat speed? I'd be curious if the decrease in bat speed actually resulted in worse outcomes for these guys.
