Think it will be a pre-booked service and may stop at other places as agreed (not sure how etc)

I'm not sure but there's meant to be another bus route between town, BMD and Sandhills and also Transport Group set up as well, to be led by the club looking at a range of things. I guess a lot of it will be last minute and drawn out - that's not uncommon with major developers involved
comment in response to post
There's a legal requirement on the club to procure match day shuttle buses from town, Sandhills and Stanley Park car park. I guess the test event is excluded from this
comment in response to post
Do we know if the club and/or LCC have instigated all that's required by the legal agreement attached to the planning permission? There's plenty of stuff in there a large part of which falls on the club to submit/fund.

Maybe someone should check what's in the S106 legal agreement attached to the Stadium permission to see who is responsible for what and where we are at as well
comment in response to post
The planning permission was subject to a legal agreement (s106) requiring the developer (the club) to commit to a variety of improvements with LCC etc including Sandhills, a Transport strategy, shuttle buses. It's pretty standard stuff for major developments such as this

Isn't it the case that the club is responsible for paying for a lot of the infrastructure which it gives to LCC in the 12 months before it opens. Have the club paid up ?

Where's the clubs responsibility in all this?

iten years ago wasn't Farage desperately trying to get rid of tons of 'judeo-christians'

Spent 10 hours in a&e recently, in a crumbling building, flanked by people who shared a view that the deficiencies were down to poor managers (not money) & non-white people taking space. ironic really as there was only 1 patient who wasn't white & at least 60% of the doctors/nurses weren't either

They just want to be patted on the head and told they're 'a good boy', by rich men

Difficult to negotiate when no-one seems to have a clue as to what the end goal actually is.

Lovely and heartfelt piece this. Likewise been carrying around memories of my father and grandfathers throughout this season. Glad you got to pass on that torch to your son!!

It's like we moved out of the old house for the promise of a better home but we're trapped in temporary accommodation & noone really now knows where to go next.

Pretending it's not an issue is not a strategy too. Reform needs to be taken on fiercely on the realities not vibes etc.
comment in response to post
A dose of reality in the first half and some hope shown in the second.

Aston Villa have a lot of players who are better than ours. Still a tight game. & Branthwaite needs to get serious about his game

What a stupid bloody Westminster bubble question. Trying to create personal stories ahead of reporting on the world, facts and realities

Council budgets are over 20% down per person since 2010 at a time when care budgets rise significantly. This is Conservative central government choice making. The wrong people in charge indeed.

At worst hopefully it will help up us get up the pitch... DCL may have to adjust to having someone nearby 😀

Moyes is better than Dyche. That matters in the short term - unreasonable to think the Friedkins could do much more now.
comment in response to post
Nah. Moyes is a top half of the Premier League manager not a bottom half manager like Dyche

On the biggest vote of our age Lynch stood with Farage. Selfish stupid chump

Hooked while he dithered over a 73rd minute first substitution would have been ace

Pretty sure the results against Brentford, Bournemouth (home) and Southampton have scuppered the wait to the end of the season plan Hopefully they'll have a plan B already drafted and ready to go
comment in response to post
Tbf we don't really know either way as yet. It all looks professional but whether it's more or less successful than previous tenures, time will tell.
comment in response to post
Tbf we don't really know what the Friedkins are doing & following what West Ham do isn't necessarily a good Idea.

Good listen. Refreshing to hear a discussion on Moshiri's reign that centred on his (mis)actions att Everton without recourse to the usual scapegoats

Glad he's gone. He made a series of terrible decisions all by himself board or no board - let's just hope the new owners don't think that they know it all and don't act on personal whims & agent whispers

It was all so very expected & dispiriting. We start fine, go a goal behind & it's like - that's the game plan stuffed. A manager who gives little hope and has almost zero connection with fans really can't continue like this.
