I'm amazed that's all he got. He cycled to the front of the peloton with about 12-15km to go on the cycling path and then bunny hopped in front of the peloton so be could do his lead out.

Nice work! I was back up to a weight I didn't like but back on the "pay attention to what you eat" train and already 2 kilos down. Now just need to not get tempted at the weekend and hopefully I can lose a few more!

Oh I know she has! Big fan of hers as well. She also just looks so nervy and jumpy out there in the middle which gives her an air of being unsettled but it is her style.
