I did this study in university classrooms, if that’s of interest.

What about alcohol? You know, like the Kennedy family fortune was founded on?

Let’s hope.

I am curious why this embarrassing moment is considered … important? By the left? It’s a moment crafted by Trump and the GOP. To embarrass one of our strong leaders. Why are we biting? Is there substance there I’m missing?

Also, many many studies show that in mixed groups, men talk way more.

Yes.

Yeah - I gotta say I don’t love the focus on this one guy. Yes, it’s an obvious case of illegality, but all of it is illegal.

They won’t stop pushing the boundaries until they find the barrier.

Really good analysis. They busted way past norms and guidelines and agreements last time. They’ve now busted past “the lawyers say it’s illegal”. We’ve now entered the phase of “so what if it’s illegal and we do it anyway?” Anyone familiar with children or dogs is familiar with this pattern.

Oh I think that’s an easy one. It’s not like he personally would get the $50b

Can confirm.

God they’re so fucking cheap.

Judges can’t disbar lawyers. Bar associations do. A judge could file a complaint with the state bar association though. Anyone can, actually.

Yeah but who will tell him?

Oh wow, is negotiating a peace deal between two sovereign countries *hard*??? Who could have known. 🙄

“Fear”?

Goddamn

Hmm. I’ll be keeping an eye out for that then. If you’re able to actually stop it in the Senate, that’s impressive.

Shawn Fain is so hot.

Oh wait, are you not being sarcastic? There for *sure* were.

What really makes me sick about this is that for this teacher to get in trouble, one or more of her own students, a classmate of the student in question, ratted her out. It’s so very 1984.

It’s the vagina, you see. Small mistakes or crimes get in there and bounce around and become exponentially amplified, until they’re 1 million times worse than anything a man is capable of. It’s just science.
comment in response to post
Indeed.

As in, you think I *do* want Israel in Gaza? Why on earth would I bother with you then?
comment in response to post
Do you need me to be as invested in your cause as much as you are, to believe that I agree with what you want? Should I go vett your posts for anti-domestic violence/pro-choice/pro-Ukraine/pro-LGBTQ2+ content, before I determine I can agree with you on Gaza?
comment in response to post
So weird to call me a Zionist when you purport to want the same thing I do - Israel out of Gaza.
comment in response to post
Also, cheated? Cheated how?
comment in response to post
You are you getting equal protection under the law back? I don’t see that happening in a GOP administration.
comment in response to post
Right - you’re anticipating a Dem loss in 2028 with glee. So are you training anyone? Or are you making your own peace with letting the world slide further into shit, so long as Dems are properly chastised about it.
comment in response to post
Revolution. It’s right there in your name. What action also you want to take, don’t want others to take, to help?
comment in response to post
I mean. They want it. But they’ve never actually gotten it, have they? You’re going to have to work harder to make them believe that there are more votes to be gained from the left, than from the Center-right. That’s their calculus.
comment in response to post
So what’s. Your. Plan?
comment in response to post
Yep. She did. So what’s the plan?
comment in response to post
Well, *I* am not a corporate Democrat. So it’s not “you”. But I am a pragmatist. I can make peace with voting for the lesser of 2 evils, recognizing the limits of my personal power in a binary system. You can’t. So you got the greater of 2 evils. I own my choice. You seem to want Dems to own yours
comment in response to post
Do you want Democrats to win? Why would Democrats run someone with you in mind, given that you seem pretty locked in to believing that there’s no difference between the parties? Why aren’t you running for office instead?
comment in response to post
*yes
comment in response to post
Give them time.
comment in response to post
Sometimes you have to take yea for an answer.

Good thing she’s not running for national office then.

So weird.

How does you focusing on the past, on Harris, on Biden, or on Democracts, help the children in Gaza, right now? What’s the point of you telling me you think she’s horrible? How are you helping your cause? How are you helping Palestinians? What do you hope to gain out of this interaction?
comment in response to post
Well great. Blame away. I’m sure that makes the families of the 23 people killed yesterday in Gaza feel better, knowing you’re holding the line against … Harris? I’m sure that’s going to have a real effect to help them.
comment in response to post
I want to *keep* the topic on children being murdered. Today. Now. In Gaza. By Netanyahu. With help from the American Trump administration. Not on an election that took place last year. What’s. Your. Plan?
comment in response to post
I didn’t put words in your mouth. I’d be shocked if you had the self awareness to articulate the mental process that leads you to still be angry at a candidate who lost 5 months ago, and blame them for current events, rather than taking real action to stop the real suffering happening right now.

Right?!

Imagine if they put this much money and effort into finding and incarcerating rapists or domestic abusers.
