That’s because some foreign countries don’t like LGBT content at all. I remember Drag Race competitor Jackie Cox talk about being afraid of going to Iran because she could get killed there. What’s even sadder is Jackie is of Iranian heritage from her mother.

I don’t think it’s that… there’s a controversy about trans-females being in an all female sports team. If this movie is about an all girl sports team, then it kinda is the right move to not include the trans-female character as she’s supposed to be a member of the team.
