More virtual meetings. Pre-pandemic, nearly all local meetings were in person. Now, maybe 20% are. I don't think it affects ridership overall, since very few riders were using transit for off-site business meetings before 2020. (but virtual college classes certainly have an impact)

Several local jurisdictions have long held contracts with advertisers for providing benches at STA bus stops. Two examples. The example along SR 904 has been replaced by a shelter owned and maintained by STA.
