Yes Hitler called Churchill a dictator in his speeches and propaganda. He accused Churchill of being a warmonger and a tyrant who suppressed opposition in Britain. Nazi propaganda attempted to equate Churchill and Roosevelt with totalitarian leaders, portraying them as enemies of peace and freedom.

An employer will get applications from people who are under qualified and from people who are over qualified. These people will not get the job for those reasons. Among the people who are equally qualified, many employers want to make sure that minorities gets the same opportunity as the rest.
