I have a major beef about that service. It leaves Sheffield at roughly the same time as the Hope Valley stopper arrives. If you're on a Northern only ticket,you're marooned for an hour.

Unfortunately, injury prevents me running nowadays, but I competed at a reasonable level for 30 years and never bothered with a watch.
