I love freedom of speech and that includes the freedom to talk shit on topics you don't understand on the understanding that you will be called out by experts and fact checkers who will make you look like the idiot you are.

This is why we should not allow people with no understanding of a topic, speak about that topic publicly without fact checking in place.

It's sad to see The Guardian fall so hard, so fast.
I was a supporter for many years but had to stop that support 3 or so years ago because it was becoming more and more obvious what the direction of travel was for The Guardian... Downward.

Inspirational stuff.
My mum had lung cancer and I remember the change in her when she was told about it. Cancer is life changing and doesn't just affect the person suffering from it but the family and close friends around them.
