"I didn't die" is now the excuse for why disabled and sick children don't need medicaid. I DARE her to say this eye to eye to a parent whose child is on hospice. Without the TERFA waiver, these families would go bankrupt. Still, there are many families going bankrupt while they wait for a spot.
