I am getting a referral to an ENT just for this. Sick of barely being able to breathe through my nose.

Also with the prebuilt you may be able to afford top tier specs. Lots of Black Friday sales going on and many allow you to finance with no interest through places like Affirm. May even save you quite a bit upfront to where you can get it sooner!

Building a PC is wonderful! Couple of helpful tips I have are:
•Do extensive research to ensure the RAM and motherboard are compatible.
•If you plan to go that route remember your warranties will be on individual pieces. Whole desktop warranties are why I switched to companies to build for me.

One rarity level difference I believe. Diamonds > Stars > Crown. You can see the chances when you click “Offering Rates” before you confirm which pack to open.

Also there’s something called a “Wonder Pick” that allows friends to spend a token (or 3) and pick a single card face down from one of your packs. Whoever randomly gets chosen with yours is pulling out the 4 leaf clovers.

Trees also help redirect the wind away from your home. The impact that your windows, siding, and roof take is lowered significantly by having trees in the vicinity of your home.
Downside is depending on the type and where it’s located, can pose a threat of breaking and damaging all that too.
