If you have a rice cooker, 1 -2 cups of rice, can of black beans, dehydrated onions, and a can of diced tomatoes. Throw in some adobo or jolof seasoning and let that cook. It takes about 10-15 min to cook and about 5 min prep if you can throw everything in. Super basic.
