Before I had a kid, the trick was: don’t grab a cart. You can weave like an agile minx around all of those geriatrics with their toothpick wrists, wielding their giant, immovable carts. This also limits your spending to only things you can carry with your two arms.

This. 🙌 There needs to be stricter zoning and homestead rules. My last place was considered a homestead so I had to physically live there for a full calendar year before I could even think about renting it out (as if I would because I’m not a Scrooge McDuck and don’t have multiple properties).

The tires for a Jeep Grand Cherokee generally last around 50k miles according to various dealerships online. I’m seeing model Y owners commending they’re getting 15-25k miles before they’re replacing. I think part of it is the rapid acceleration you can get from the Teslas too.

I heard from a local radio host that Prince was ill during the dress rehearsal and couldn’t attend, so this was their first time hearing Prince perform the solo. Their reactions were genuine awe!
