This is why I love ThorHighHeels videos. He talks a LOT about games and brings up a lot of interesting points without pointing out of things are bad or good.

I was completely obsessed with the first 3 Sly games in middle school. The 4th one came out at the end of college and I never got to playing it. For some reason it didn't excite me. How do you feel about it overall?

Artists like Vaporar make OSTs for games that don't exist. Tee Lopes making banger OSTs for real games all the time.
YouTube has countless
Fruitiger Aero playlists (a music genre with a lot of Wii/DS music) Also a lot of DnB playlists with music from PS1/PS2 era.

But the fame monster ball! So good. She was really sprinting around the stage in like 10 inch stilettos.

Yeah I've been to The Fame Monster Ball, Born This Way Ball, and Chromatica Ball. You would have loved the Chromatica Ball; in my opinion it was her best live narrative I've seen yet.

Yeah from what I've seen when large companies are using AI/automation for cutting labor costs it doesn't produce any harmful gher quality product, meanwhile smaller teams and creators are using it to push boundaries and make really cool stuff that they couldn't afford in the first place.

I'm learning that "both sides" talk is usually just a way to prop up one single form of false info to the platform of true info, without acknowledging all other unpopular false info.
You can't account for all of it, so be accountable to none of it.
It's like pascals wager but for information.

I am full time employed, cook my own food, sleep, and get regular exercise. Literally only like 8 hours a week maximum for games :( maybe I can do like 6 hours on the weekends if I'm lucky.

Yeah I hope the next hardware iteration of Apple Vision Pro either ditches the complete VR or becomes true AR. Seeing things far away as pixels is annoying. I'm not even a graphics snob. But when the goal is to recreate reality... That's a tough one.

I think you're half right...
Some older PC game art and vector based arcade cabinets didn't have CRT, sure.
Many cabinet arcade games, NES, SNES, PS1, N64, Saturn, Dreamcast, etc could only be displayed on CRT screens. Even PS2/GameCube/Xbox was commonly displayed on CRT.

It Takes Two has THE BEST multiplayer gameplay... With the worst story. I hate the husband and I hate the wife. They hate each other and somehow like just kiss and then everything is fine?? No.
I had way more fun deciding if I should ignore Catherine's texts or how nice to Rin I should be.
