Even discounting the cat's rather strong argument, I'm not even sure Neil's two points are true.

Pretty juvenile stuff from what’s supposed to be the leader of the country.

Or maybe just stop selling guns that only have one purpose. To kill people. Seems pretty easy to me.

Totally agree.

If he doesn't win MVP it's a crime. I'm Canadian and love SGA, but to not recognize this historical season would be ridiculous. No doubt who the best player in the NBA is right now.

Good luck with the legal action. This administration doesn't seem to much care what the courts say.

I think they really believe the BS they are spewing. Delusional isn't a strong enough word.

Can these idiots not come with a more original slogan to put on their flags.

Strong words from a "deceitful and highly-discredited so-called Defense Secretary".

I agree judges shouldn't rule based on political ideology. Maybe Jordan could pass that message on to his SCOTUS buddies.

The number of Republican members of Congress who don't seem to know what their own Constitution says or how their system works is staggering.

Elon may have to ask Trump for the money back that he spent on his campaign.

May defy court orders? Hasn't that already happened.

Any U.S. official who brings up the 51st state should be permanently banned from entering Canada. It's not a joke to us north of the border, just like Russian threats aren't a joke to Ukrainians.

His office is literally oval shaped. No corners in Donald's world.

Ironically Trump is actually paying for the Tesla with Elon's money.

But I thought the U.S. didn't need our electricity?

So the "free" press is only supposed to be asking approved questions now. Shocking.

When did this phenomenon start of politicians being able to say whatever they want, no matter how egregiously false or inaccurate it is, without challenge, and how can we stop it? Is saying it's a failing of the press too simple an explanation or is the electorate just too gullible these days?

In fact, stats show that more illegal immigrants and fentanyl enter Canada from the U.S. then enter the U.S. from Canada. So who has the border problems?

It's not a loss if they just choose to ignore the ruling. Who says that isn't possible or even likely?

Now do the cost of flying you to Florida every 3rd day to play golf.

I hear what you are saying. And, as Canadians, we love America too. But you all bear collective responsibility for a) electing him and b) letting him continue with this madness. Whether you voted for him or not, he is the face and leader of your government.

I was wrong. There is a bigger idiot in the U.S. government than Trump himself. Well, I guess there are many.

The problem is Trump's definition of "making a deal" is Ukraine giving Russia and the U.S. whatever they want, including land and resources. And then he's shocked when President Zelenskyy thinks that's not a very good deal at all.

Remember when Presidents use to be judged on how many jobs they created not how many they terminated?

If Trump had been President, the U.S. may have helped Russia.

Ironically, she's one of 53 individuals in the U.S. that has an opportunity to put a stop to this nonsense. I'm guessing that doesn't happen.

Shameful. Interpretation: Come back and see us when you're ready to cave to everything Russia wants and sign away your country's resources to us.

Shame on Zelenskyy for not being thankful that Russia invaded his country.
comment in response to

I hope Zelenskyy told Trump and Vance to go to hell after the meeting. If he didn't know it beforehand, he certainly knows now that the U.S. is not a friend of Ukraine's and can't be trusted to be part of negotiations with Russia. It's all about making Trump and Putin richer at Ukraine's expense.

Has to be the most disgraceful meeting with a foreign leader, especially an ally, that's ever occurred in the Oval Office. Why would any American think this man and his imbecilic V.P. are something to be proud of? Completely destroyed the little that's left of America's reputation in 15 minutes.

Who is this idiot reporter? There is no movement anywhere in Canada to join the banana republic formerly known as the United States of America.

CBC is not "normalizing" Trump's comments. Your President is. We take his threats very seriously in this country. We have to. He's unhinged and capable of anything. Would you rather us put our heads in the sand and say nothing. He's already proven he'll do crazy things that no one thought possible.

Has Hannity ever conducted an "impressive" interview? Not sure why we are shocked.

How do you hold an election when 11 million Ukrainians are displaced due to Russian aggression? I am sure Ukrainians are eager to head to the polls so Russia can bomb the polling sites.

I get it's a cult, but as a Canadian, the question I have is why are all the Republican lawmakers going along with this? He's consolidating power and basically making Congress insignificant. Some of them must realize this isn't right. It would take such a small number to step up and stop this.
