Teams change all of the time as people join and leave, if the team goes from being well functioning to not it can show in the standup. Of course you might have other ways to see this e.g. 1:1s etc

Me too. I met the Dorset Geeky Coffee squad yesterday and @hellostu.xyz (who we are all living vicariously through anyway) told me he is learning drums and has an electric drum kit.

I was diagnosed at 54. I knew from 38 but kicked off the process as perimenopause made my symptoms much worse and I wanted to try medication to smooth the end of my working life. I don't think I would have bothered if I did not want to be medicated. Self diagnosis is absolutely valid.

My ADHD assessment was via Right to Choose. Initially I was told that the ICB would not allow the GP to refer via Right to Choose and that the waiting list for the CMHT was 24 - 30 months. I complained to PALS and after six months the referral went in. My assessment then took under three months. 6/6
