Amazing, watching all of the D.C. lawyers suddenly freak out over Brad Bondi. I've been suing for Bondi's SEC documents for literally years. I'm doing it pro se because my lawyers quit after I asked them to stop doing a terrible job. Zero lawyers have offered to help since. Reap the whirlwind.

In which the United States Department of Justice represents and defends Elon Musk, because we live in upside-down world. www.plainsite.org/dockets/down...

Let me know when you return every cent of Tesla's campaign donations, @scottwiener.bsky.social. CC: Basically every politician railing against Elon now.

Under attack again.

USA v. Ionov: www.plainsite.org/dockets/5lt6...

They're baaaccckkk.

Everyone should watch this. Thanks to our friends in France for putting it in plain English in a way that seemingly no American broadcaster can. www.youtube.com/watch?v=k35P...

As the Putin Administration plans some really dark stuff, it is also riling everyone up with the outrage du jour so that no one notices. Really the only thing that matters is starting with Step 1: Identifying The Root Problem.

@maddow.msnbc.com often asks her guests if she's gotten anything wrong just after introducing them. Well, she's getting it wrong. By not explicitly stating that Musk and Trump both work for Putin, and that this explains their strange dynamic, her reporting is misleading. So close. But not enough.

PlainSite is mentioned 12 times. No wonder Elon booted us off the KGB's preferred social network.

Not really. It's a Russian intelligence operation deputizing neo-Nazi themes and useful idiots to distract you from the fact that it's actually Russia, not Germany, behind this. Remember what Putin used as the excuse to invade Kiev in 2022? "Nazis."

This is close, but not enough. "Stooge" is an insult with no legal significance. "Russian intelligence asset" wakes up military generals and Supreme Court justices.

Did someone say they wanted 2,114 pages of never-before-seen Tesla documents?

Welp, at least there's PlainSite.

Listen, if you have more than 10K followers on this platform and you are not loudly stating that we are watching the Russian Federation invade or at the very least sponsor and direct a coup d'etat in the United States, I want to know why. You can reach me via DM/e-mail/Signal. Please explain.

Two cases to keep an eye on today and tomorrow: 1. New Mexico et al v. Musk et al www.plainsite.org/dockets/5lrb...

He's kind of an idiot, but he's also just following orders to spread disinformation as widely and as often as possible which he obviously knows is false.

Why does Putin want Musk to be able to access actual tax returns at the IRS? Because CIA has its agents and assets put special flags on their tax returns in order to receive compensation without detection. With mainframe access (literally) you can probably see those flags and kill those people.

It's never the wrong time to catch up on the latest updates at www.trumplitigation.com.

In the few cases that ever manage to get to discovery, Musk discovery disputes are always interesting. www.plainsite.org/dockets/down...

Believe it or not, there were more lawsuits filed against Trump and his cronies in January 2017. But we're catching up to that level quickly. www.trumplitigation.com

So, if you've just started following me, hi, hello. I'm a data journalist who has been researching Tesla and Elon Musk since 2018. I'm in litigation with them. I've written reports, I've unearthed documents. Elon does not like me at all. And I have some thoughts about where things are headed.

There are now ~13 orders granting TROs or injunctions against the Trump Administration, and 2 denying (both on the ground of a lack of standing). Track them directly on PlainSite: Granting - www.plainsite.org/tags/trump-2... Denying - www.plainsite.org/tags/trump-2... bsky.app/profile/andr...

I would really like to hear an explanation from @maddow.msnbc.com, @chrislhayes.bsky.social, @ericlipton.nytimes.com ... really anyone prominent in media as to why they are not referring to this invasion by the Russian Federation as an invasion by the Russian Federation yet. Do we need more proof?

The fact that there's an amazing account dedicated to roasting the New York Times kind of says it all. I've gotten used to it, but what if the newspaper of record, like, did journalism?
