Both Mercury and Venus have tails, like comets.
Mercury's is formed from sodium atoms being blasted free of its 'exosphere' (like an atmosphere, but too thin to behave like gases), and then fluorescing, due to cosmic radiation (like our polar auroras).

This is doable but difficult, requiring sorting out planning and grid connections. As well a range of other things like making sure EV sales continue to rise.
