Last night, Russia struck my birth city of Kharkiv, Ukraine. Again, 3 ballistic missiles carrying shrapnel. Again, targeting civilians. They are targeting Kharkiv (UKR first capital) as it is Putin’s personal vendetta against the city that did not surrender, that he considers “Russian” and “his”.
