Honestly, probably to see if it becomes popular enough to be worth their while.
The whole lack of an algorithm has meant that 'big accounts' don't get boosted on here as much as elsewhere, but if they've left Twitter then surely by default it's worth coming here?

Oh I use the Skiley app to find new music these days.
You play a track on Spotify and it creates a playlist of similar songs you've probably never heard of
Spotify's native algorithm has not been doing it for me lately
