Absolutely, this election was a referendum on ‘we’re all in this together’ vs ‘everyone for themselves’ and the electorate chose the latter.

Yeah imagine if the US’s oil wealth was for the American People. Funding Social Security and Medicare. No it just goes to the few.

When you have enough margin on every box sold you don’t have to charge more for a low volume product.

Kara goes through bullshit with healthcare sure but she’s got the resources to fly anywhere in the world on a moments notice and the guidance of a physician brother. Her situation is not like yours or mine when it comes to dealing with healthcare. She’s never actually felt the fear.

Do you disagree that the industry rakes in exorbitant profits on the rationing of care?

Do you disagree that healthcare has deteriorated since the 90’s? Do you disagree that the industry has used predatory policies to further consolidate? Do you disagree that there are 1000’s of preventable deaths a year due to denial of claims and rationing of care?

How many congressional probes do we need before we get a solution. The state of healthcare has been deteriorating since the 90’s. More privatization, more consolidation, more denials of care. The second amendment is a check on tyranny and this kid is the first one to hold them accountable.
