Ursula Vernon aka @tkingfisher.com is my favorite unless Le guin wrote some romantasys I am unaware of.
But even then it would be hard to top Digger which is still my favorite piece of media across all formats. Books, comic, movies and television.

I would be curious to know if dedicated air fryers move a larger volume of air over a convection oven. Guess I need to try and find the cfm ratings of my convection oven and my air fryer.
