I had "Democrats throw away an easy election win" on my 2025 bingo card. I didn't think after they throw it away they'd torch it and use it as a toilet.

I'll never forget the day at the Boston Airport I saw an old guy with a Market Basket bag overflowing with clothes

So update: Apple has made the same change and the cowards disabled ratings for it on the App Store and you can’t submit corrections on it in the app. This is a really weird thing for them to say “how can I be even worse?”

I've switched to OSM and disabled Google Maps, and I'm playing around with different launches to remove Google Search from my home screen. Also I'm trying to figure out who's being less of a bootlicker - Apple or Google. I'm almost done paying off my Pixel.

If you told me 15 years ago there would be people hoping for a coup to save the government from coup-ing itself I would've thought you were crazy.

If we displace enough weight can we tilt the Earth for better odds? Asking for about 8 billion friends.

Honestly I'd feign loyalty just to sabotage. I'm already doing my part to dismantle the patriarchy from within, and authoritarianism is just patriarchy's neighbor

People who'd sell theirs and others' basic rights for a few dollars will soon find they get neither.

Right now that's organically the case. Aside from Texas and Florida the blue states already have stronger economies with higher GDP per capita. Artificially forcing red states to have weaker economies literally only works to the narrative that the left really is in the wrong.

If you vote against human rights for the sake of your wallet you'll get neither.

There's pro-Trump idiots in the blue states and people smart enough to vote against him in the red states. No single state is 100% and trying to punish solely red states just plays into the conservative martyr complex.

Honestly the cost of gas doesn't bother me so much as the forced dependency on private vehicles artificially inflating how much of it we have to buy on the individual basis.
