It is almost as if the stacking of SCOTUS was a warning that this would be coming. In a strong democracy Alito and Thomas would have been ridden out on a rail for corruption, Gorsuch would be back benched for stupidity, and Kavanaugh relegated to repping frat bros in Title IX investigations.

The irony of calling Murdoch a "globalist" shortly after bragging about all your "beautiful" properties all over the world, specifically the one in Ireland while your "right hand south african" sells vehicles "globally"

On the other hand, America's farmers voted by massive margins for Trump to destroy their export markets, so it's hard to feel too sorry for them. "We cared more about our culture wars than our customers" was the epitaph they chose for themselves.
