I did, trying out the Italian meringue method. It really was very easy, though I cheated and used shop bought pastry because I was being lazy.
Recipe from Jane's Patisserie, and himself says it tasted lovely.

Yup, ironing is done and dinner is prepared. I feel a very lazy day coming on. A book and maybe a glass* of wine later.

Am innocent I swear! Just a huge workload, so I usually end up doing a few hours extra most days and a couple at the weekend as well. I try and kid myself into thinking it's only till the project deadline but I know it always spills over to the next one as well.
Finished now till Monday though!

I’ve done some work with Shuttle Knit, they’re a social enterprise, women from the Travelling community who make beautiful knitwear - a share of their stuff would be great as they’ve no budget for ads etc. thanks! shuttleknit.ie 😊
