其实是参考omellete的做法，两个鸡蛋加一点水和盐打匀，锅里全程小火，化开黄油，蛋液倒进去用锅铲一直搅搅搅，一边搅一遍等鸡蛋慢慢凝固，不断搅动会让鸡蛋和普通的炒蛋凝固的过程不同，鸡蛋会慢慢地很均匀地失去流动性，等到像浓稠的酸奶一样的流动感的时候，利用锅的边缘塑形
