I don't understand how you get to be as old as Vance and not realize he should show compassion to other human beings. It's not a concept that's uniquely Catholic.

I believe if the rest of them don't demand Schumer to step down as leader, the rest of them agreed with him on voting for the cr. They just so happened to get the right number of votes. They're trying to manage us and think we're stupid.

I am your constituent. Vote no. If you allow them to erode congressional power it is far more dangerous than a shutdown. You will be helping them destroy democracy.
