The colors on these go hard

Thanks: they look like lichen, I assumed they were. My bro is in Monterey. Local chef Pisto has a mushroom cookbook w/a candycap cookie recipe that I’ve made. I put them in lots of sauces, tho. Ground up, they add a certain Something to sauces! They’re out now in Cali, if u have a source there…
