Probably. Those are a little harder to do, but I literally just found out about this 5 minutes ago, I haven't got a chance to see what kind of restitution is being requested

The problem is, this is exactly what they wanted when voting for him. Going after the little people, the only thing he's doing that they won't like is dropping the ball which I'm not sure how much of that is due to his leadership considering a lot of the things that I've seen have actually been from

Most fundraising sites specifically prohibit fundraising to pay for fines and restitution because it's basically fundraising and furtherance of criminal activity

federalnewsnetwork.com/hiring-reten... It's the exact same backpedal they had to do after Trump did a hiring freeze 8 years ago. In other words, it's exactly what we knew was going to happen because some of us learned from history

Yeah no, that was exactly part of the executive order. He did the exact same thing 8 years ago.

One of the funny things to me about that is that at least PDX real portrays themselves as a journalist outlet (see also the long list of scandals and character defects that have played that couple) and I am sure there is a media contact that they could use that is usually n/a to the average citizen.

statute of limitations for the Class C misdemeanor took over and the state was unable to refile charges. We will update this story in the future if we get more details.

learned a few days before in Isabel 'Aspen' Arajou's case, once you set 'date certain' in a misdemeanor case (which the state did on January 6th), the judge's won't or can't change it. You go forward with trial or dismiss. And the discovery violations were too large to go forward. At that point,

And? The union ones would be the ones walking off the job site. Also, per Statistica, Costco only has about 219,000 US employees as of 2024.

Arrested charged and some of them convicted. Even journalists who were documenting the protests were facing criminal charges. Where were you?

I'd think that his screed was written by AI, but from my experience generative AI actually writes better prose than he did.

Yeah, I noticed some stuff in the circuit court documentation about the appeals court. Unfortunately they changed the login process for the appeals court last year and I haven't figured out yet how to login since my credentials would have changed

My adopted brother has very strong Asperger's. It makes him socially awkward, but when people call him out on his behavior he can recognize it.

Yeah, apparently the exact same guy who said he can't tell what a gesture really means had already said that Elon is making anti-Semitic jokes. Either you can tell or you can't, and if you can tell that some things are anti-Semitic, it tends to make it easier to recognize other things are as well

It dawns on me that this would be a perfect time for the Washington Post in particular to be truthful and call this spade a Spain. Because something tells me Jeff bezos would absolutely not mind dunking on Elon especially with the truth

Also he has a proven track record of supporting far right in Neo-Nazi causes, as well as actively working to suppress voices on Twitter calling out me or Nazis.

In other words, it's a Nazi salute. Thanks for confirming that.

Oh I'm sure Katie is absolutely fuming. By chance is there any news on your appeal in Clackamas county? I don't have access to the appellate court at the moment so I just know that it's ongoing

Didn't even realize that was a thing. But I'm also still at the point of just migrating from the phone number to a username

I'll just say it here, as protests were winding down in 2021, I got an email from an unnamed person claiming that I wasn't welcome around their gatherings with vague threats of what would happen if I showed up, but no information on what protest I was banned from. Or why. Or anything useful

Cool, thanks. A lot of my organic posts are dealing with court cases in multnom or Clackamas, and I figured those terms probably wouldn't hit but now that I know that it's hashtag based I can work with that

I'm not sure either, but when 85% of the rank and file union members voted in favor of the strike, suggests to me that something is, if not rotten, at least getting a funky smell

And you think Musk's comms team is going to be any better? He and his puppet hate every person that shows up as 'legacy media', because a few of them actually try to hold him accountable. They'd much rather @trumplover145544124 on X just keep licking the boot.
