Now, it feels like we’ve reached a point in the game industry where the magic of that evolution is fading, like we’re nearing the peak of what can be achieved.

Cheap horror tactics, just like jumpscares.

'Oh, but it only has two lines.' This shows how people ignore the cultural context of forrĂł and funk while accepting the same in other genres.

Unpopular opinion: I’m not a fan of video game soundtracks. first thing that I do when playing is lower the music volume. I’m not talking about radio stations like in GTA, but ambient or combat music—stuff that’s meant to set the mood just distracts me and honestly kind of ruins the experience

Apex Legends has an even more diverse cast of characters and is still successful. Riot Games features tons of representation and diversity, yet it's one of the biggest companies out there. So no, Concord's failure has nothing to do with 'woke culture.

I can't believe...

And I’m not saying the original product is bad, but it’s weird that almost everything that came from them is better than the original. The side products outshine them in a way that makes you wonder why the main thing isn’t as strong as the universe built around it.

Arcane is an amazing show that brings the League world to life, but the game itself? Not so great. Same with Star Wars—the Mandalorian is pretty cool, but the original movies are just... okay. It’s like the side content and world-building shine, while the main focus stumbles.

I’ll boot them up, get a few minutes in, and suddenly feel way too uneasy to continue. It’s strange, because I love the idea of horror, but once the atmosphere gets too tense or eerie, my nerves can’t take it. Maybe one day I’ll work up the courage... or maybe not!

RPG can mean different thing to different people, for some is all about rules but to others is just about having fun

Plus, no one’s perfect—if we only supported flawless people, we'd miss out on a lot of important stuff. At the end of the day, it’s about whether you can separate the two or not. It’s totally up to personal values.

I get where you're coming from, but some people see art as something that can stand on its own, no matter what the artist believes or does. Once it's out there, art often means different things to different people, and sometimes it’s bigger than the person who made it.

I still believe that the Sonic first trailer was just to get people talking about the movie, just for them to re-release the thing and people praise them for that, and i am thinking the same is happening to this one so in the end everyone will be in CGI and actors are gonna just voice the characters

Tbh, i Overwatch did a better job with the characters than Concord or any of those but i get what you're saying, to me Apex and Concord characters are as generic as they can be but one got hated over it that's why i think the big deal was that people just are not into hereshooters anymore
