Something I want to warn the trans community of: the NHS and DHSC are pushing the idea that “Blockers should not be seen as the defining feature of affirming care.” That is to say they want to deny trans people permission to transition but not be criticised for doing it. No, he won't. They don't know how to build AGI. Large learning models are not intelligent; they're statistical algorithms. There is no way to get to AGI from LLMs any more than there's a method to human-powered flight by jerking yourself off.
